DJ Dmitri Matalka
We had the pleasure to count with Dmitri to celebrate the 1-year anniversary of Bilongo in 2024. What a treat!
Dmitri was first introduced to salsa and inspired to dance and collect music in the year 2000. His love for Latin music inspired him to do more than just dance; he started his DJ-ing journey after few years of collecting music. He had a meteoric rise on the international Latin DJ circuit! A proud Jordanian native, who was based in Dubai for 16 years, and recently moved to Germany. Dmitri is a regular, first choice for congress and festival promoters across the world. A passionate vinyl collector, Dmitri is known for creating sets that blend classic salsa with modern favorites and keep the dance floor full. An accomplished salsa dancer too, he knows the music dancers want to move to. Dmitri has worked across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the US. Since 2017 he started producing his own music and so far released 3 successful songs by working with different talented musicians.
DJ Randy Castilla
Randy joined us in November 2023, being our first guest DJ since Bilongo was born. There was really no better dj to be our first guest! The three of us had a fantastic time spinning together, and the crowd couldn't rest not even one song!
Randy, with a strong presence in Australian’s Latin music community, has made a name for himself through his DJ performances during tours across the USA, South America, and Europe. His reputation extends to participation in numerous Salsa Congresses and International Vinyl Collector gatherings.Hailing from Peru, Randy’s musical upbringing was steeped in the diverse world of Afro-Latin rhythms, influenced by his parents’ eclectic taste in music.His passion for vinyl hunting during his journeys has culminated in an extensive collection of dance-inspiring records.

In April 2024 we were lucky to have with us again the Mambo Team by Edyta.
This show was a true testament to the power of dance. Edyta's team, with their raw strength and impeccable technique, brought the stage to life. Her performance was a dynamic blend of high-energy mambo moves that left the audience in awe. The synergy was palpable, and their movements perfectly synchronized with the rhythm, creating a mesmerizing spectacle of talent and power.

Nick & Lieke performed their show "Maracaibo" in January 2024 and they impressed us all! Their performance was smooth and stylish, looking effortless yet captivating. You could really feel the chemistry between them on stage. It was powerful and elegant, leaving everyone in the audience speechless.

Fuerza, fuerza y más fuerza! In December 2023 we had Nadya's show, a powerhouse of strength! From start to finish, her performance exuded an incredible sense of power and determination, commanding the stage with absolute confidence. Power, elegance, and joy all mixed in one show! Güneş Diker delighted us in November 2023 with her fantastic show Cocodrilo.
